Typical NYC Apartment
Pros
Large rooms, great location, responsive management.
Cons
Massive roach problem - especially during the summer. Heating is good but is noisy and turns on even on warm days.
Advice to the owners
Please fumigate the 1st floor

Management company isn’t as responsive as I’d like, bikes had been stolen from the basement
