This building isn’t worth the money it’s poorly constructed. Everything is falling apart rats, roach and mold along with extremely high electric bills. The landlord is money hungry and don’t care about his tenants comfort. He also fixes NOTHING

You Can Do Better David and the person he has doing his garbage makes all the tenants feel uncomfortable.
