Good location in Hell’s Kitchen, friendly super
Cons
Bugs and mice abound, thin walls, noisy street at night from hookah bar clientele, elusive landlord with slow response times, not a good value
Advice to the owners
Hire a real exterminator and lower your rent

A great building in Manhattan Valley
Pros
This building is clean and well-managed. The folks here are nice and it has communal vibes.
Cons
It is a condominium building so the application process can be overly formal and intense
