Too many dead roaches
Pros
Great space for the price.
Cons
The amount of dead roaches left in the hallway for WEEKS advertises the fact that they never ever sweep or mop the hallways. Which would explain the occasional roach found in my very clean apartment.
Advice to the owners
Have weekly cleanings of the stairwells and hallways. Please!

Pros
Management was prompt when you needed them to be. Took pest control very seriously so we never had issues.
Cons
Garbage area was terrible
Advice to the owners
Fix the garbage area. Clean stairwells more frequently.
