responsive management, nice units, clean common areas

sometimes repairs take awhile. also cigarette smoke from neighbors

Nice place to live near Colombia Univ.

Nice location, quiet tenants, low hassle.
Cons
Some mice in basement. Lots of dust, hard to keep clean in basement apt.
Advice to the owners
Try to get rid of mice.
