The neighbors both below and above us are loud and horrible (I lived on the 3rd floor) violent, trying to fight neighbors.

Access to Prospect park Q train was convenient Apartment was spacious Big rooms Lots of natural light

Downstairs neighbors were not the nicest Neighborhood was loud
