Decent landlord, okay apartments
Pros
Very responsive landlord. Made some improvements to the apartment.
Cons
Very loud neighbors, dirty hall, apartments are narrow and awkward. Neighbors use the basement as an extra living room.
Advice to the owners
Keep things clean and tidy. Keep the apartments in better condition.
