Responsive management company
Pros
Management is very responsive to tenants' issues and requests. The building is well-managed. They offer pest control service every month which is helpful in keeping the building clean.
Cons
Not much except that they want to increase the rent by a crazy amount.

On a really cool block, and close to many good restaurants.
Cons
When we lived there, there were some long time rest control tenants, a few of them were really crazy. We had this lady next door who smelled like a homeless, sitting outside of her door on a hallway, going through old papers all day when we had a great light all day, her unit was facing the same direction, she complimented how dark her apartment is. Who knows she never cleaned her windows for many many years to the point the light didn’t come through. Scary.
Advice to the owners
It would be really cool if you can take out that old communal toilet middle of the hallway, and turn to a washer and drier section.
