Pretty rough place
Pros
Happy to have rent stabilization at the bare minimum.
Cons
Abysmal heating, front door is permanently open, the ceiling falls through if it rains too much, the steps are worn completely away, no address number on the front of the building, shared bathrooms, ridiculous lofted bed height, inability to buzz people in, need I go on?

Grey location. It’s the only pro I can say
Cons
Perry Agiovlasistis (The Landord/Owner). Poor maintenance. Lack of responsibility. Issues with heat(daily), hot water and rodents.
Advice to the owners
Perry Agiovlasitis, be responsible and respectful with your tenants. Comply with the law of the Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
