New management harassing all the tenants to move out
Cons
New management harassing everyone in the building to move out so they can bring in new tenants not aware of the fact that the building is rent stabilized. They are increasing the price for new tenants outside the legal sphere. They have already removed the super , so they can rent that apartment too. No more live in super. Owner of the management company, abm management corp, is on trial for fraud in Montauk. He did a ponzi scheme there, facing many years of prison. Do your research.
