Good overall, patience lacks
Pros
Good, quiet street, quiet neighbours.
Cons
No security of the doors, no access back into building if I throw out garbage, irresponsive maintenance requests.

Cheap, great location, walls are thick and hardly hear neighbors
Cons
Old and needs a ton of work, landlord does not respond, super hardly comes to fix things
Advice to the owners
Fix things at the root of the problem instead of bandaid fixes that don’t work
