Not Many Problems, Not Much Response
Pros
The building is kept pretty clean, and I haven't had any packages go missing
Cons
The laundry room is poorly maintained and the machines will often be broken

Don’t like being there
Pros
Close to the subway, lots of light, love-in super
Cons
Lots of roaches, VERY thin walls, heating doesn’t heat but when they turn it on it’s as loud as it should feel like 100 degrees (suspiciously they turn it on when it’s warm outside, but turn it off when it’s cold) Old building
