No communication whatsoever
Pros
Recently cleaned up the outside so it looks like people actually live there and not animals.
Cons
Communication is absolute hell. They cut corners with all repairs. Subpar is their middle name.

It’s just okay
Pros
the location is pretty okay it’s a neighborhood that is becoming gentrified. A lot of the cultural aspects are still there but there are new developments popping up.
Cons
super unresponsive about issues in the building. Elevator breaks down every other month or day.
