Great bang for buck Columbia Housing
Pros
Columbia super’s are very responsive to all issues, building is clean and quiet, close to the University and quite large for NY standards.
Cons
Neighbors we’re very finicky about noise (I once had Columbia Campus police called on me for having music and 4 friends over at 9PM, ridiculous). Bathroom could be renovated (looks to be about 15 years or more). Barely any direct sunlight, which can get rough in winter. Aside from that, great apartment for a grad student in NY.
