location, responsive management

not all units have laundry, very loud neighbors, not alot of natural light in some units, walk up - no elevator

Good management, fine building
Pros
Great management, always responsive and very quick to fix things as they come up. They go above and beyond.
Cons
Have been recurring issues with heat in the building, not even trash cans and not very well labeled where to recycle vs trash.
