Pros
The waterfront views here are incredible, and the apartments are super modern with great finishes. You’ve got plenty of amenities like a gym, rooftop, and lounge areas, plus it’s close to parks and great dining spots. The commute to Manhattan is super easy with nearby subway access.
Cons
Rent is definitely on the pricier side, and some of the amenities can get crowded at peak times. Parking is limited, so having a car here might be tricky. Also, the area can get a bit windy since it’s right by the water.

Does the job and the management people are very nice
Cons
Very expensive for what it is — including a very mean leasing office, the laundry room is a disaster, its a mess and half the machines never work, and things are always breaking (but they’re pretty responsive at least)
Advice to the owners
take better care of the laundry room it’s such a headache!!!
