Sublet Scam by a woman who calls herself Lopi- she steals security deposits.
Pros
Building was generally fine, as I was subletting a room.
Cons
Expensive and unkempt. Very noisy outside on Myrtle Ave.
Advice to the owners
Shady subletting happening.
