wonderful landlord, clean building
Pros
Landlord is lovely, responsive and quick to solve problems. The building is clean, the porter works hard to keep it that way.
Cons
Sometimes noise from the below bakery in the mornings, but it's rarely a problem.
Advice to the owners
An additional washing machine in the basement would be nice, since there's only one.
