Pros
Quiet, straight forward building. Nothing fancy, it gets the job done
Cons
The super was pretty unresponsive and we had to reach out to the account executive to get things fixed at times.

Sexual harassment and Threats

Insane landlord who sexually harassed and threatens rent stabilised tenants, constant construction noise, constant interruption of heat and hot water, no repairs, extortion of undue rent, verbal abuse.
Advice to the owners
Sell the building to someone sane
