Think twice before renting here
Pros
No roaches (of the bug kind, human however…), near the express bus and Dyker Bagels
Cons
Owner is checked out, super doesn’t fix things only makes calls, building is falling apart, old fixtures, plumbing, windows that fall down. Building is very noisy. Loud alleyway with garages. Someone has an obnoxiously loud motorcycle. Trash left out front.
