Awesome building, highly recommended
Pros
Incredibly well maintained building and great management. Gorgeous roof deck, very central location. Grocery store and pharmacy directly in the building. Parking garage attached with direct access from the guiding elevators.
Cons
Because of the location and the fact that it’s right about the 14th st subway, I often had a roach problem despite how clean the building was. The location, although central, is pretty gross, but close to great things all around.
