Go for it!
Pros
Pretty friendly neighbors, everyone keeps to themselves.
Cons
A lot of roaches especially in the summer time when the heat comes up. Building was just recently renovated completely so maybe things will be different now
Advice to the owners
Please be more involved when tenants reach out. Communication is key

Great place, small space, lots of amenities
Pros
There is a washer & dryer in unit which is awesome. There’s also a dishwasher & high ceilings. Lots of sunlight & big windows.
Cons
The faucets have water & gunk build up sometimes. There’s a reddish stain from the water sometimes as well. The doors are creaky even after maintenance. And closet space is pretty small.
