Super is not very helpful No laundry Fake security cameras

Building could use better overall maintenance Heating is very loud during winter

First studio in NYC- Perfect fit!
Pros
I was garden facing- so it was super quiet. It was a great layout for one person.
Cons
I was on a 5th floor walk up- miserable. Also the police next door weren’t comforting.
Advice to the owners
Get the police to stop cat calling and smoking..
