Laundry in unit is great, finishes and appliances all new.
Cons
Unresponsive management. Issue with resident in building stealing packages and management does nothing to mitigate. Cannot even get into touch with management.
Advice to the owners
Do better.

Good location, that’s just about it
Cons
Super did not even live in nyc so if you have an issue on a Friday (which was common) don’t expect it to be handled until next week. Rodent problem. Ongoing construction in the hallways. Worker always left the front doors wide open.
