-love the super, really great guy
Cons
-walls are incredibly thin and there are some very rude tenants

Perfect location & awesome super
Pros
Love the super, most neighbors are super friendly & helpful.
Cons
The stairwell & lobby cracked linoleum floors should be replaced with tile or something nicer. They’re obviously cheap & look filthy even when freshly mopped.
Advice to the owners
Get new floors in common areas!
