Unresponsive Owner/Management
Pros
Great neighborhood and close to subway.
Cons
Unresponsive owner/management. Once the electricity went out and we couldn’t access the circuit breakers because they were locked in the basement. Management couldn’t be reached for days. My roommates and I ended up staying with friends (since there was no power and we needed to work from home) and when the landlord finally came around he screamed at us for not being home (even though we had no idea when he would show).

Far too expensive for east Flatbush!
Advice to the owners
Stairs are too steep. The price was insane for a small apartment. 3 bedroom felt like a 1 bedroom.
