Whatever good neighbors
Pros
Amazing neighbors!!! Top tier. Garden area, safe building, good area.
Cons
Building would get cleaned once every couple months maybe, landlords and supers rarely ever respond and are mostly unhelpful when they do. Upon moving into apartment they fixed nothing, broken pipes, holes in the walls, moldy shower curtain. Etc
Advice to the owners
Be more present with the buildings needs

Great Alphabet city walk up
Pros
Neighborhood is calm and street is often closed off to traffic. Friendly neighbors, someone comes to take garbage out. Landlord was always nice and came to fix anything quickly.
Cons
Some loitering on the block, windows didn’t lock, backyard was not really usable.
