Decent building with ok management
Pros
-quiet building on a quiet street - close enough to 2 subway lines - close to grocery
Cons
- small - you can hear neighbors through the walls - loud vibrations due to washing machine
Advice to the owners
Maintain the cleanliness of hallways more often, put up signs so dogs don’t pee in building entrance
