close to holland tunnel

Cons

horns beeping all night long stop dead traffic all summer long at tunnel unresponsive landlord building is not taken care of A/C central so old elevator always broken no response ever from landlord.

Advice to the owners

sell your building! you don"t care about tennents or old equipment!
