Bugs, no exterminator, extremely noisy neighbors, scary landlord and super who threaten you. They are not listed as rental property with the city
Advice to the owners
It is illegal to raise rent by 50%. Dont ever rent from this guy. He is extremely irresponsible, won’t fix things and if you tell him you know your tenants rights, he’ll say: so what I don’t care, sue me. This guy is a nightmare
