Cheap, great location, in unit laundry, close to lots of food
Cons
Rats, roaches, and fruit flies galore Very loud area

Good neighbors, not much noise, water and heat good.
Cons
A big issue with cockroaches and garbage management is not too good.
Advice to the owners
Get control of roach situation.
