pretty good apartment!
Pros
They clean the building often, and the super Freddy is very very responsive. Higher noise levels since it’s an apartment with a lot of college students, but that’s to be expected in this area. Neighbors were all lovely :)
Cons
The heating in each room was pretty loud, and sound insulation wasn’t great.

Clean and well maintained building
Pros
Cleaned daily, laundry in basement well maintained, super is helpful and responsive. Majority tenants are columbia university going students. Nice place to live.
Cons
Slow lift, cannot really complain with most buildings being walk up but yeah.
