The back rooms are not insulated, nee fixtures barely work, property owner is less than helpful
Advice to the owners
Don’t take shortcuts when building and actually respect residents

Great place to live
Pros
Super clean, responsive super, pest control once a month, never hear neighbors, hallways are clean, huge space, lots of cute stuff nearby

Rent was raised significantly
