Overpriced with a big roach problem. Extremely loud neighborhood.

Responsive & Clean
Pros
Landlord very responsive to complaints and proactive with regular maintenance--no pest problems as he regularly had the building sprayed, etc.
Cons
Difficult to change lightbulbs, heat could be unreliable but mostly good! No fans in bathroom, difficult to ventilate
Advice to the owners
Install a fan system or window screen in the bathroom!
