Big living room, separated kitchen, high ceilings, pet friendly
Cons
Too hot in the winter, pretty noisy, can hear neighbors, no laundry

nice building on a noisy street

the apartments are extremely nice and the owner is responsive to repair issues etc. the neighbors are fine -- I never see them
Cons
lexington ave. is extremely loud. the noise is constant
Advice to the owners
they're doing a good job. They responded to my repair request immediately.
