Expensive dirty and small, but I could deal with that if it weren't for the LL
Pros
Great location, with transit options to anywhere in the city.
Cons
The super is the worse. Won't respond to tickets, you'll need to constantly call him to try and get anything scheduled, to which he'll never come on time. So, you schedule another date just for him to arrive 3 hours late. Nail in the coffin- he'll barely address the issue. The trash area is disgusting and poorly managed. They need way more garbage cans.

Great location, but mouse infestation
Pros
Location, space, sunlight
Cons
After several attempts at contacting management about the mouse problem in our apartment, nothing was done to resolve it. Only after them fixing a separate issue did they see the massive entry points in the walls that the mice came through.
Advice to the owners
Get the mouse problem fixed
