Not awful, not great
Pros
Great location food wise, close to the M Train, no problems with pests
Cons
Landlord/ super could be better about getting things done. The stairs are always dirty. It’s loud but that goes with the location I guess.
Advice to the owners
Don’t wait forever to get stuff done.
