Solid building with excellent doormen and super/facilities

Pros

- great, convenient location - friendly and helpful team of doormen - maintenance issues are addressed quickly - great sound insulation between floors as the floors have a very solid, thick weight to them

Cons

- water pressure is pretty weak on the upper floors - sound insulation between walls isn’t the greatest but I’ve lucked out in terms of having quieter neighbors

Building staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location for transport options.

Cons

Hallways sometimes smell of trash from the chutes in the summer…
