It was a great place to live.
Pros
The building was very clean and I rarely had any issues with management.
Cons
I do not recall running into any issues where we needed management.

Charming LES building
Pros
Pretty quiet by the standards of Houston Street. Neighbors were generally nice. Management was responsive.
Cons
Security cameras didn't work.
Advice to the owners
Basement laundry space could get a little wet with a heavy rain.
