Area is great
Cons
Owned by a family and they nickle and dime everything and don’t respond to requests. Live in super doesn’t work weekends and has several side jobs that keep him busy. Go with a management company instead.

Amazing location, decent property managers
Pros
- Amazing overall location - Charming block - Exposed brick units - Tons of loft storage - Minimal maintenance needs
Cons
- Occasional cockroaches in the summer - Management company is just OK. Sometimes rude, sometimes slow to respond, but ultimately fair and helpful
Advice to the owners
I guess just be nicer and a bit more attentive. Online rent payments would be nice too.
