Good building, mediocre management
Pros
Location is great
Cons
Super seems mentally unstable, somewhat bizarre and not very helpful. I don’t even know how to contact management and the super is unresponsive.
Advice to the owners
Make it easier to contact management and get a new super

Clean, well maintained.
Cons
During COVID the restaurant below put seating right in front of the door.
