Pros and cons
Pros
Landlord super responsive and willing to send someone right away. History of stabilized apartments. Excellent location.
Cons
There are roaches in the building. Also, my unit faced only brick walls on all sides.

Pros
in a great location so I was willing to deal with the actual apartment being not as nice as the area, that being said it’s really not bad-just an old building that could use a facelift
Cons
Hallways can get dirty, saw a few dead roaches in the halls over the summer that would sit there because non of the tenants wanted to clean it up and management certainly wasn’t doing anything about it. They painted the doors and didn’t bother cleaning up the drywall dust for weeks. The actual unit is fine, just some old appliances (fridge is white and rusted but at least it works) and floors that’s are on an incline but you get used to it
Advice to the owners
Clean the hallways more often!
