Chaos Management but Good Location
Pros
The location is great! A ground floor apartments have access to a semi-private backyard.
Cons
The owner and management company were terrible to work with. It took over three weeks to receive my keys and they never returned my security deposit!
Advice to the owners
Try to respond after your tenant moves out and needs the security deposit returned.

Very peaceful apt building
Pros
- Thick walls - couldn't ever really hear neighbors on the same floor - Whole foods right across the street - Cute little park right next door
Cons
- Trucks unloading at whole foods make a lot of noise in the morning - Downstairs neighbors are sometimes a bit noisy
