Personal bathroom Clean building Good garbage pick up Responsive landlord
Cons
Noisy area - apartments are right behind the USPS depot which is busy at all hours- plus the J is right next to it Thin walls Was not repainted or cleaned when I moved in

Only one washer and dryer. Landlord is slow to respond to complaints & doesn’t communicate changes
