A great building
Pros
This is a quiet, lovely building that I lived in for over 10 years. The landlord/super kept our rent low because we were good, reliable tenants who weren't high maintenance and would always come fix what needed to be fixed.
Cons
The heat is weird - sometimes it's too cold and sometimes too hot,

Nasty landlord
Pros
A lot of Space but not worth the terrible treatment from the landlord.
Cons
Landlord is a jerk. He was a jerk from day 1, making comments about how men are in charge, and always picking a fight about something.
Advice to the owners
You are rude.
