Package stollen (no security camera), low water pressure and takes long to get hot water during the winter

For a old building walk up it was clean, apartment itself was nice. super was highly responsive and helpful for any issues
Cons
Just typical issues that would come with an old building, heat was not great during winter and got very hot in summer. Management group was not the nicest
