Very decent living experience
Pros
The building is maintained as best as possible. Always quick responses from super. Very few minimal pest problems (like bugs) and always resolved. Garbage never crazy looking
Cons
Not much to complain about, sometimes the lobby could be polished but nothing terrible
Advice to the owners
Invest in laundry in building, it’s be worth it.

If you like shower in living room
Pros
The view is nice
Cons
1. Gang members hang out near the corner. I saw 10 police cars and armed police officers confronted them. 2. Roof leak. 3. They turn off the heat through the winter.
