The Algiers in Riverdale
Pros
This is a family friendly building with lots of kids. Perfect for young families. Easy access to the Henry Hudson Parkway for quick driving to the west side.
Cons
Accessibility can be challenging if not able bodied. Every entrance has some amount of stairs required. Also only one slow elevator on each side so when it is out of order it becomes a walk up.

Clean, quiet, building
Pros
Clean, quiet, building located in a great neighborhood. There are laundry rooms located on each floor. A 24-hour doorman. The Bx10 bus is about a 5-minute walk which you can take to the subway. Hardwood floors throughout. I really enjoyed living here.
Cons
The apartment is not close to the subway (about 1 mile away from the 1 Train). Fitness center/gym is not that great.
