Modern Apt - horrible management
Pros
Modern fixtures but cheaply done Gorgeous area with park across street and backyard W/D in unit Large bedrooms
Cons
Terrible noisy neighbors, fixed during tenancy Ant infestation on 4th floor apartment Apartment was not repainted upon move in Landlord will increase rent an insane amount and take every possibility to make a buck off their tenants Took our rent out of direct deposit even though we already paid it then refused to give the money back until move out W/D had some issues and it was never fixed or addressed
