“luxury” apartment that had not been painted, broken dishwasher, broken central air, broken mailbox, broken freezer, broken shower drain upon move in. landlords hostile from the moment I signed my lease. stay far far away.

Nice building, rats on first floor
Pros
Clean, other than the rats on the first floor, dishwasher, they fix things pretty fast.
Cons
No washer and dryer when advertised, rats, gas not included

Cover the rat hole outside
